The small fridge is stocked with kiddie favorites like chocolate milk and fruity yogurt, the bathroom is decorated with a yellow rubber duckie theme. there are child-sized loveseats and chairs, stuffed animals, a puppet theater, and a bunkbed. The parents' room, on the other side of the connecting door, is well appointed and fits with the rest of the upscale interior design of the hotel. Even parents who don't opt for the Kids' Fantasy Suite (there is only one in the hotel, hence, it's highly sought after) can still sign up for the Omni Sensational Kids Program.

The Omni San Francisco has a rolling series of family-oriented vacation packages, such as the Family Discover Package. This hotel package deal includes 15% off regular room rates, plus complimentary breakfast for children up to age 12, and a special family-friendly "adventure map" of San Francisco sights and attractions. I saw lots of happy families at the Omni San Francisco Hotel during my stay there. I also saw quite a lot of businessmen and women hustling busily in and out of the hotel. This is clearly a hotel that has achieved a balance between work and family. The Omni's luxury, high level of friendly service, and comfort would make the business traveler want to take his or her family along for the trip.
